Angela Dodd

200 RYT Instructor

Angela Dodd has been practicing and teaching yoga for 6 years. She is 200 hour RYT trained with Yoga Alliance, and also certified Prenatal Yoga. Angela teaches several yoga styles including Power, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Chair, Sculpt, Restorative and Ashtanga. She also teaches private classes regularly to beginners! Angela wants to work with you to improve your flexibility, help with muscle recovery, improve sports performance or help injury recovery. Yoga is for the body and the mind! She cannot wait to help you begin your yoga journey.


Megan Hayes

NASM CERTIFIED

Megan is a Certified Schwinn Cycling Instructor, a Certified Barre Instructor, and is a FiTOUR Certified Group Fitness Instructor who has taught most kinds of strength training formats. She began her interest in fitness when she started working out in the gym at age of 15. Megan enjoys spending time with her family being active, hiking, playing sports and riding bikes. She believes in the benefits of staying active and wants to help others find their love as well. Her passions are strength training, weight loss, new moms, and people looking to gain an active lifestyle and feel confident.


Terrance Howlett

ISSA Certified

Terrence's path to fitness began 11 years ago as a WCPR Wellness Supervisor. He worked at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation becoming proficient and accomplished in tactical conditioning and paramilitary physical training. Terrence empowers patrons with greater knowledge of their bodies and a understanding that each path to transforming their physique will often be unique. He keeps you goal-focused and driven by providing quality service, fostering healthy choices.


Mitch Kahn

NFPT Certified

Mitch has been a personal trainer since 2009. He is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. He went through his own journey of healing his body after years of no exercise and total disregard of what he ate. By changing his eating and exercise habits, he lost 80 pounds in less than a year. Mitch specializes in senior fitness, functional aging, weight loss, plant-based nutrition, habit change coaching and Nutrition. Trying to lose weight, gain strength or develop healthier fitness and eating habits? Mitch is your man!


Rob Lenters

ISSA CERTIFIED

A military and 32-year law enforcement veteran, fitness was a part of Rob’s life from an early age. In addition to being a competitive swimmer he enjoyed weight training, played football, wrestled, trained in martial arts, was an avid runner and cyclist. He like many adults let his fitness and health take a back seat to career and life’s demands. Fast forward to his fifties and Rob decided to change things by becoming a certified personal trainer and has been on a fitness and health improvement journey ever since. He specializes in many areas of fitness, from weight loss, beginner endurance sports, senior fitness, as well as beginner and youth strength training.


Rebecca McGuire

AFAA CERTIFIED

Rebecca has been a WCPR Group Fitness Instructor since 2012. She is experienced with ages from teens to seniors. Recognizing that group fitness is not for everyone, she began personal training in 2017. Rebecca has worked with a variety of clients from those with chronic illnesses and injuries to those training in powerlifting. She is certified in both Fitour and Silver Sneakers. She understands that each individual comes with a unique set of goals and she is ready to help you get on track with yours.


Angie Richardson

ACSM CERTIFIED

Angie is devoted to all facets of exercise, including running four half marathons, mud runs, spartan races, and bodybuilding competitions. She has been a personal trainer since 2015, assisting many clients with their exercise and weight loss goals. Angie returned to college in 2019 to receive a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from MTSU. She will graduate in May. Angela wants to be a beacon of hope for others by helping them on their health on fitness journey, hoping to make a difference in the lives of many!


Amy Richardson

ACE CERTIFIED

After running competitively at a collegiate level, Amy migrated into multi-sport and endurance events and has participated in full and half marathons, triathlons, duathlons, century rides, distance relays, and trail and snowshoe races. Amy began her journey as a fitness mentor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program. Whether as a personal trainer or group exercise instructor, she sees being a part of someone else’s success as a very humbling and rewarding experience.


Carrie Rieves

AFAA CERTIFIED

Carrie has been an active group fitness instructor for more than 11yrs here at our Longview facility. She has 2 very active boys and comes from a family who believes fitness should be a part of everyone's lives. Through her work as an instructor, she saw a need in our community in helping others succeed in their fitness goals. She is one of our aqua certified trainers which has benefited many clients over the the years. She feels that exercising is just as much for the mind as it is the body!


Leslie Bennett

Barre/Pilates/Yoga

Leslie is a classically trained dancer with a dual Bachelors of Arts from The University of Iowa. She is a 500 hour certified Barre Instructor, a YOGAMU certified Meditation Teacher, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has helped numerous women achieve significant weight loss and reach their fitness goals with her signature blend of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga techniques. Leslie is also very passionate about working with the mind, body, spirit connection. She believes that the journey towards healthy living starts from the inside out. Leslie prefers to take a holistic approach to health & wellness by offering optional mindfulness, breath work, and guided meditation practices to her clients according to their individual goals and needs.


Blake Nicodemus

ISSA certified

Blake is a dedicated ISSA certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, with a diverse athletic background encompassing football, wrestling, and competitive bodybuilding. With a passion for fitness and wellness, he finds fulfillment in guiding individuals of all ages towards improved health and vitality. Blake specializes in empowering seniors to counter the effects of aging through enhanced mobility, posture, strength, and balance. He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to support you in achieving remarkable progress on your health and fitness journey.
