Finding activities you enjoy is the key to reaching your fitness and wellness goals. With so many recreation, wellness and group class options, there is always something fun to try! Williamson County Parks and Recreation provides a variety of fitness and wellness options for any stage of life! 

Our group fitness options for adults and seniors include: Barre, boot camp, cardio & strength, dance fitness, core strength, cycle, HIIT, kettlebell, kickboxing, Pilates, water aerobics, water spin, yoga, Zumba and much more!

Become a premium pass holder to take advantage of all of our regular schedule group classes in six locations all over Williamson County. Classes can also be purchased individually. Call any of our locations and we are happy to help you get set up!

Group Fitness Policies & Procedures

**Reservations guarantee your spot, walk-ins only accepted if space available.**

Reservation Policies:  

  • Patrons can only reserve a spot for themselves.
  • Online reservations can only be made 26hrs, HERE, before a class is scheduled to take place. *Filter by fitness location*
  • Reservations will close 30 minutes before class starts.   
    *If spots are available you may walk-in 5min before. 
  • If the class you are wanting is full, we now have a wait list option.  Should you choose this option you will automatically be notified via email & enrolled when a spot becomes available.
  • To cancel a reservation you can login into your account, use the provided link in your confirmation email, or call the facility.
 
Arriving for Class:  
  • Patrons with reservations may enter the facility and check in at the front desk 15 minutes prior to the class start time, then report to the room where their class is taking place.
  • Appropriate workout attire and athletic shoes are required for participation in Group Fitness classes. *Aqua, Barre, Pilates, and Yoga classes are the exception for wearing shoes.
  • If you are not here 5 minutes prior to the start of a class, your spot will be released to wait list and walk-in patrons. 
  • Depending on availability, wait list and walk-in patrons will be accepted 5 min before class start time. 
  • Patrons are allowed into classes up to 5 min after the start of class.
General Policies:  
  • All patrons must wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • Patrons under the age of 17 must have a parent/legal guardian sign a liability release waiver prior to participation; available at the front desk.
  • Patrons MUST be 13 years of age to participate in Group Fitness classes. Patrons ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Due to limited amenities patrons are not permitted to bring children onsite or into group fitness classes. Sitting Service is available at select locations.
  • The public is NOT permitted to use the Group Fitness Rooms or equipment when a class is not in session, even if an instructor is present.
