Williamson County Parks and Recreation provides a variety of fitness and wellness options through their Gfit Group Fitness programming.


Our group fitness options for adults and seniors include: Barre, boot camp, cardio & strength, dance fitness, core strength, cycle, HIIT, kettlebell, kickboxing, Pilates, water aerobics, water spin, yoga, Zumba and much more!
