Andi Arkava


With over 24 years as a personal trainer, Andi has a lifelong passion for health and fitness. She began at a young age as a gymnast and has continued to lead a very active lifestyle. Andi began weightlifting at 19 years old and has a variety of experience working with all types of equipment. She specializes in strength and conditioning and weight management. Andi is passionate about teaching people proper technique in order to gain the most benefits while reducing the chance of injury. She looks forward to teaching and motivating new clients and hopefully make a difference in their lives.

Nathan Brumley


Nathan started his career in fitness in 1997 as a personal trainer in Meridian, Idaho. Nathan moved to Nashville in 2000 where he continued to be a fitness trainer. Nathan has had the opportunity to work with several country artists such as Wade Hayes and Carly Pearce as well as ex-Tennessee Titan Lorenzo Neal, the Tennessee Titan cheerleaders and 2005 Survivor winner and model Danni Boatwright. His specialties include exercise programming for weight loss, sports specific training and functional training.

William Conn


William believes that mastering the basics allows you to learn and execute advanced techniques safely and effectively. He also believes proper exercise progression must be built from a strong foundation. William enjoys rock climbing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training competition and sharing his passions with his son, Christian. William has five plus years of coaching experience in weightlifting, HIIT, strength and conditioning, Muay Thai and fighter conditioning. Muay Thai training serves to improve one’s health tremendously through high intensity conditioning.

Carleigh Homsi

NASM Certified

Carleigh grew up in El Paso, Texas, where she began her journey in health and wellness by becoming a personal trainer in 2002. Carleigh is passionate about living a natural, healthy lifestyle and finds even great joy in nurturing others along their path to better health and fitness. She has over 16 years of experience helping a variety of ages meet their fitness goals. Carleigh specializes in strength and circuit training, HIIT cardio workouts, flexibility stretches and balancing nutrition with fitness goals.

Kurt Lenser


Kurt has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over 20 years. He started his career in Memphis and also trained in Connecticut and Michigan. He has worked with clients from 9 years old to 79 years young. His workouts focus on strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and improving mobility. Kurt has been a competitive runner for 35 years with 15 marathons and 60 half-marathons. If you are looking for an experienced trainer who will provide an effective, efficient workout, he's your guy.
