Nathan Brumley


Nathan started his career in fitness in 1997 as a personal trainer in Meridian, Idaho. Nathan moved to Nashville in 2000 where he continued to be a fitness trainer. Nathan has had the opportunity to work with several country artists such as Wade Hayes and Carly Pearce as well as ex-Tennessee Titan Lorenzo Neal, the Tennessee Titan cheerleaders and 2005 Survivor winner and model Danni Boatwright. His specialties include exercise programming for weight loss, sports specific training and functional training.

Katie Jensen

Katie is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to happiness and self-confidence through a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. Beyond the weights, she believes in the significance of stretching, activation, discovering enjoyable activities, and fostering healthy sleeping and eating habits. Katie finds joy in guiding others to realize the full potential of their bodies through hard work and dedication. Specializing in strength training, weight loss, and cultivating overall well-being, Katie extends her expertise to both personal training and group fitness classes. Join her in the pursuit of a balanced and fulfilling life, where feeling good about yourself translates to confidence and excellence in every aspect of life!

Kurt Lenser


Kurt has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over 20 years. He started his career in Memphis and also trained in Connecticut and Michigan. He has worked with clients from 9 years old to 79 years young. His workouts focus on strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balance and improving mobility. Kurt has been a competitive runner for 35 years with 15 marathons and 60 half-marathons. If you are looking for an experienced trainer who will provide an effective, efficient workout, he's your guy.

Andrea Neal


Andrea, a busy mom of four, has been teaching indoor cycling, circuit and strength training classes since 2006. She enjoys working with individuals and groups utilizing HIIT cardio, strength and circuit-based training principles. She specializes in youth sports conditioning, weight loss, strength training, and working with seniors. Andrea is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. If you are trying to lose weight, gain strength or develop better exercise and eating habits, she would love to be a part of your journey!

Kelsey Searls


Kelsey moved to the Franklin area from upstate New York, with her husband and daughter after selling her fitness and wellness studio of 12 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. She believes there is nothing you cannot achieve if you set your mind to it; but there are times we all need to reach out for guidance, motivation, and support. Kelsey’s strengths include training individuals with a significant amount of weight to lose, working with children and seniors.
