Fascia is a component of connective tissue that provides support and protection for most structures within the human body, including muscle. This soft tissue can become restricted often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and diminished blood flow. Knots and adhesions in the fascia are best released through deep pinpointed pressure which stretches; relaxes the tissue & allows for greater range of motion. In this class we’ll be practicing various techniques for releasing everything from our calves, legs, back & shoulders! You’ll feel great after this hour and a half of rolling & stretching with Kelsey! This class is taught by certified Personal Trainer Kelsey Searles

We will then look at ways to narrow down what needs to be addressed. Walk away with a plan to take the next step to finding more balance, as well as a simple way to do it time and time again.
