Treadmills, elliptical machines, upright bike, recumbent bikes and rowers
Weightlifting Equipment
SCI FIT Machine, leg curl, lat pulldown/seated row station, abdominal machine, leg press, Dual Series Total Body Station, dumbbells (from 3-25 lbs.)
Stretching mats, exercise balls, Bosu balls, and resistance bands are also available.
Attendants in the Wellness Center or Front Desk are always available for assistance.
