Indoor Cornhole League
Williamson County Parks and Recreation will be offering a 4 week Indoor Corn Hole League at Academy Park Gym. This league will be for recreational and competitive players. The 4 week season will be split in a (lower "recreational" division and an upper "competitive" division). These two groups will be rotated in a round robin format separately.
*recreation corn hole boards will be distanced 24ft apart.
*competitive corn hole boards will be distanced 27ft apart.
This league runs on Thursday mornings, August 5th-26th from 9:30-11:00am at Academy Park Gymnasium. Registration is required and the cost is $20.00 per person. Registration opens July 9th at 9:00am.

Welcome hikers! We will be hiking the Creech Hollow Trail at Montgomery Bell State Park in August. This is a 2.9 mile, moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Burns, Tennessee. It features a lake and is good for all skill levels. Participants must be able to walk independently on different types of terrain. Some places we go may have multiple trail options to chose from based on your ability. This hike is weather dependent, in the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible. Meet in the lobby of the Williamson County Enrichment Center at 9:00am. Return times vary.

Location: Dunbar Cave
Description: Embark on a new adventure with us as we journey to Clarksville, Tennessee to explore Dunbar Cave. We will enjoy a guided tour of the cave and will get to see prehistoric Mississippian Native American cave art dating back to the 14th century. The tour will be followed by lunch at Liberty Park Grill, lunch is dutch treat. Please bring snacks and water if needed. Cost covers admission, tour, and transportation.

Location: Higher Pursuits
Description: Join us for a 5.5 mile guided kayaking tour along the Duck River in Columbia, Tennessee. This guided tour features mill sites and an abundance of wildlife. Many paddlers are fortunate enough to see great blue herons, belted kingfishers, bald eagles, minks, beavers, muskrats, and river otters. Please bring a sack lunch for this trip and plenty of snacks and hydration. Kayak rental, tour, and transportation included in the price.
