Kyle Blackburn
Kyle Blackburn first joined WCPR as a tennis assistant when the ISC opened in 2001. He attended The University of Tennessee Knoxville and graduated with Communication and Information degrees in 2008 and 2013.While in East Tennessee, he worked for the City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation and Smoky Mountain Tennis Academy before being hired as a staff pro and promoted to
Head Pro at Beaver Brook Golf and Country Club in 2011.Kyle moved back to Brentwood in 2019 to be closer to Mom and Dad. He launched WCPR’s first USTA sanctioned Junior Team Tennis league in fall of 2021. He also teaches part-time at the Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville and freelances in digital communications.
