Lifeguard Training Courses
Williamson County Parks and Recreation will offer multiple Blended Learning Lifeguard Training Courses throughout the year at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, Franklin Recreation Complex, Fairview Recreation Complex, and the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill. Certifications are through the American Red Cross, a nationally recognized certification program. For the classes students must be 15 years of age on or before the final day of the course. In-person registration is required. All participants must complete and pass all swim tests prior to starting the class. Fall Break 2023 Lifeguard Training Class (Brentwood & Franklin) October 10-13 American Red Cross Blended Learning Lifeguard Course allows participants to complete 7 hours of course work online prior to the first in-person skill sessions. Lifeguards Needed!
The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department has part-time lifeguard positions available year-round in Franklin, Brentwood and Spring Hill; and also for the summer outdoor pool season in Nolensville and Fairview.
