Williamson County Parks & Recreation understands the importance of getting children MOVING!  We want them to learn the benefits of having an active and healthy lifestyle, teaching them to take care of themselves as well as the world in which they live.  We also want them to have enrichment programs that help to cultivate a desire for life-long learning.  WCPR offers a multitude of programs to engage your child all year long. While you come to enjoy your workout – we will keep your child active and engaged too! Don't know how to initiate the discussion on stranger danger, abduction, abuse, or digital safety like cyber bullying or sexting? This class has you covered: teaching your child how to be safer at home and more aware in the community! We'll provide a drink and a snack; please let us know if your child has a food allergy.

Babysitting 101 is your answer for a comprehensive training program. We'll teach safe practices in starting a business, what kids of various ages like to do, simple first aid, emergency situations, and answer common babysitting problems with solutions! Students need to bring a water bottle and an afternoon snack.
