Williamson County Community Chorus
It is the goal of the Williamson County Community Chorus to engage passions, inspire achievement, deepen connections and broaden community through choral music.
After a hiatus due to the pandemic, we are excited that the Williamson County Community Chorus will be singing together again very soon. Prior to the break, the chorus had grown to over 90 participants and at only 2 years old they had been invited to sing at Carnegie Hall which fortunately took place in February 2020, just prior to the shutdown. The chorus is open for participation by older teens, adults and seniors who have past experience and a passion for singing. Within a year, the chorus has 2 seasons: Fall/Winter (Sept-Dec) and Spring (Jan-April) and enjoys a break over the summer months. They perform large scale concerts, singing with an orchestra, at the conclusion of each season.
The Williamson County Community Chorus was formed in 2017 and is composed of adults and seniors from the Middle Tennessee area.
The Community Chorus rehearses Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. on the Academy Park campus. If you are interested in joining the chorus, please contact Victoria Reed at Victoria.Reed@williamsoncounty-tn.gov or call 615-786-0186, ext.2515.
