Saturday August 12th from 3:00-6:00 PM
Sunday August 13th from 6:00-7:00 AM

Age Groups and Distances: 
Athletes will race according to their age as of race day.
Ages 6-8 will swim 50 Meters and run 1/2 mile
Ages 9-11 will swim 200 Meters and run 1 mile
Ages 12-14 will swim 300 Meters and run 1.4 miles

Staging/Transition Overview
6-8 year old .5 mile run
9-11 year old 1 mile run
12-14 year old 1.4 mile run

All participants will receive a T-shirt and a participation medal.  Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each age group.  Pre-registration is required and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
