Facility and Court Reservation Policies

• A Maryland Farms Sport Pass is required for all participants of pickleball, racquetball and/or table tennis.
• Passes can be purchased online only.
• Advance reservations are required for pickleball, racquetball and tennis court access.
• Reservations can be made online only.
• Reservations may be made 3 days in advance starting at 8:00 a.m.  
• One reservation per person per day with a maximum of 2 hours per day.
• No refunds or transfers.
• Please bring a printed or electronic copy of your Reservation Receipt as proof of purchase when checking in at the front desk.

Facility and Court Reservation Fees

• Credit Cards are the only accepted form of payment.
• All fees must be paid in full for facility access and/or to secure a reservation.

  • Pickleball Pass - $30.00 per person, per month
  • Racquetball Pass - $30.00 one-time access fee
  • Table Tennis - $30.00 per person per month 
    (no reservation required - open play only)
