Stars to the East

Starting with the Fall of 2023, WCPR Children's Theatre is excited to add some audition-based programs to the east side of Williamson County and we’re calling these programs Stars to the East! Stars to the East will consist of both Star Bright East (January production) and Rising Stars East (June production) and will be directed by Blandina Vergara-Cruz. Rehearsals will be at the historic College Grove Artsitorium with performances at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center in Franklin.

•    Star Bright East (ages 12-18):
o    Auditions September 19 at Nolensville Rec Center
o    Rehearsals start in late September on Mondays and Thursdays (off for Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, and Winter Break) at the College Grove Artsitorium
o    Show week/performances at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center in Franklin January 16-21

•    Rising Stars East (ages 1st-8th Grades):
o    Auditions in early March
o    Rehearsals start after Spring Break (mid-March) on Mondays and Thursdays at the College Grove Artsitorium
o    Show week/performances at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center in Franklin June 17-23
