ACE CERTIFIED Greyson graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. She loves helping others meet their health and fitness goals as they work towards the best version of themselves -- regardless of where they're starting. She believes empathy is the greatest teaching tool. While exercise has always been a part of her life, her journey to loving fitness only began after having three children and finding a fitness program that worked for her. |
ACE CERTIFIED Nathan started his career in fitness in 1997 as a personal trainer in Meridian, Idaho. Nathan moved to Nashville in 2000 where he continued to be a fitness trainer. Nathan has had the opportunity to work with several country artists such as Wade Hayes and Carly Pearce as well as ex-Tennessee Titan Lorenzo Neal, the Tennessee Titan cheerleaders and 2005 Survivor winner and model Danni Boatwright. His specialties include exercise programming for weight loss, sports specific training and functional training. |

I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast, avid trail runner and obstacle course racer. Not only am I a Personal Trainer, but I’ve spent over 25 years working as a registered nurse, giving me extensive knowledge of anatomy and how the body works. I love sharing what I’ve learned through the years and enjoy motivating people to tackle fitness goals, become more confident in their abilities, and build strength. Fitness is a journey and I’d love to join yours and help you succeed in ways you didn’t think imaginable. |
IFA CERTIFIED William believes that mastering the basics allows you to learn and execute advanced techniques safely and effectively. He also believes proper exercise progression must be built from a strong foundation. William enjoys rock climbing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training competition and sharing his passions with his son, Christian. William has five plus years of coaching experience in weightlifting, HIIT, strength and conditioning, Muay Thai and fighter conditioning. Muay Thai training serves to improve one’s health tremendously through high intensity conditioning. |
ACSM CERTIFIED Betsy is an Exercise Physiologist (13 years in a medical fitness facility) and has a BS in Exercise Science with a Specialty in Health and Fitness. She is certified in assisted stretching, and holds her yoga 200hr teacher certificate. She specializes in medical fitness pre-hab and phase 3 therapy, women's & senior health, and weight loss. Her goal is to give her clients an amazing fitness experience that meets their individual goals and needs. She also offers individual stretch sessions as a personal trainer. |
ACE CERTIFIED Tracy graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Merchandising Management. She has been training for 10+ years and considers it an honor to educate, motivate and encourage others to reach their health and fitness goals. Tracy enjoys building relationships, watching confidence increase, and changing lives for the better. |
ACE CERTIFIED Kevin has been interested in fitness for many years. His background is in strength training and then he was challenged to run a half marathon. Since then he has ran in 20 half marathons. He has been coaching a track club for the past 8 years and the track and field team at Mill Creek Middle School for 3 years. He has volunteered his time working with sprinters and hurdlers at Nolensville High School. Kevin is also an ACE Youth Fitness Specialist working with all ages and fitness levels to achieve their fitness goals. |
225 RYT Instructor Julie Smith is a wife and mom of five and has been teaching yoga since 2013. A journey with chronic pain led her to Mayo Clinic where she was prescribed yoga. Yoga helped so much that she felt compelled to share it with others. She is a 425+ hr yoga alliance certified instructor as well as holding additional yoga certificates in chair yoga and pre-post natal yoga. She continues to study with Yoga Medicine that infuses anatomy, physiology, and acupressure with the traditional yoga practice to better assist students in ways unique to their body and health journey. To connect people to a route to relief and healing and build strength where they didn’t know they could, is what continues to keep Julie passionately teaching this practice. |
ACSM CERTIFIED Sara has been passionate about health and fitness for as long as she can remember. She is a former two-time All-American collegiate runner, a former ACSM certified Personal Trainer out of her home, and has trained for and competed in half marathons. Along with Personal Training, she loves teaching several group fitness classes! She is passionate about helping others create challenging, but realistic healthy lifestyle habits for the long run! Including a consistent, diverse fitness program, and good nutrition! |
NASM CERTIFIED Morgan is a graduate from Lipscomb University with a Fitness and Sports Studies degree. She specializes in strength conditioning. She currently teaches group fitness classes for WCPR at ISC and is very enthusiastic and passionate about exercise along with living a clean and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys working out in her own time with her family as she comes from 3 generations of fitness fanatics. She loves encouraging people along their personal journey and enjoys helping others reach their goals! Morgan can work with any age group. |
NASM CERTIFIED I’ve always been active at an early age. I’ve done everything from dance, tennis, swimming, and gymnastics. In 2007 I started working with a trainer. I trained hard and competed in my very first athletic competition. From there I realized how much I enjoyed training and fitness. I wanted to help others feel good and live a healthy lifestyle. In 2010 I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have done group and personal training. I look forward to helping my clients grow into the best version of themselves. |
