Small Group Training

Small group training is facilitated by a Gfit certified personal trainer. These group sessions are designed to focus on a specific area such as sport conditioning, injury prevention, or a specifiec body focus over a period of several weeks. Small groups can also include specialized yoga groups and nature hiking. To sign up for a class, click on the "Register HERE" link. Rates for different classes vary.
