Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00am
*Walk-Ins Only, pay at Front Desk*
Join personal trainer Tracy Knapp three times per week. The goal is to keep and increase muscle mass as we age. Functional training as we move every day to reduce the risk of injury or improve any previous injuries. A small group setting also helps build relationships and keep you accountable. You will be encouraged to push yourself but always listen to your body and only do what you can.
