Small Group Training

Small group training is facilitated by a Gfit certified personal trainer. These group sessions are designed to focus on a specific area such as sport conditioning, injury prevention, or a specifiec body focus over a period of several weeks. Small groups can also include specialized yoga groups and nature hiking. To sign up for a class, click on the "Register HERE" link. Join personal trainer Tracy Knapp three times per week. The goal is to keep and increase muscle mass as we age. Functional training as we move every day to reduce the risk of injury or improve any previous injuries. A small group setting also helps build relationships and keep you accountable. You will be encouraged to push yourself but always listen to your body and only do what you can.

Awaken your spirit with a refreshing sunrise walk that serves as an elixir to the body, mind & soul with
gentle stretching, movement & walking (no more than a half mile). Session ends with tea ceremony & light snack.
