Small Group Training

Small group training is facilitated by a Gfit certified personal trainer. These group sessions are designed to focus on a specific area such as sport conditioning, injury prevention, or a specifiec body focus over a period of several weeks. Small groups can also include specialized yoga groups and nature hiking. To sign up for a class, click on the "Register HERE" link. Rates for different classes vary.

_Nutrition course II ONLINE - CopyNutrition 6-week course

Two locations and times to choose from: 
Monday's, Jan. 22 thru Feb.26
Enrichment Center: 2:00-3:00 pm
Longview Recreation Center: 6:30-7:30 pm
This 6-week course meets weekly for 60 minutes. During this course, we will address how habits are created and overtime can lead to being overweight. We will discover new alternative behaviors and create plans to stick with newly forming habits.
