Small Group Training

Small group training is facilitated by a Gfit certified personal trainer. These group sessions are designed to focus on a specific area such as sport conditioning, injury prevention, or a specifiec body focus over a period of several weeks. Small groups can also include specialized yoga groups and nature hiking. To sign up for a class, click on the "Register HERE" link. Rates for different classes vary.

GET IN SHAPE: The goal is to keep and increase muscle mass as we age. Functional training as we move every day to reduce the risk of injury or improve any previous injuries.

STRETCH IT OUT: We will guide you through a series of stretches designed to ease muscle tension and improve your overall well-being.
