Treadmills, elliptical/cross-trainer machines, step machines, stationary upright and recumbent bikes, hybrid cycle, rower and Krankcycle machines
Weightlifting Machines
Multi-body weight resistance station, chin/dip assist, chest press, leg curl, leg extension, seated dip, bicep curl, abductor/adductor machine, pec/rear delt fly, lat pulldown, seated row, shoulder press, leg press and Smith Machine.
Free Weight Equipment
3-way Olympic bench, flat bench, utility bench, flat/incline bench, decline press, incline press, FTS Glide, back hyperextension (Roman Chair), preacher curl
Stretching mats, exercise balls, Bosu balls, and resistance bands are also available.
Attendants in the Wellness Center or Front Desk are always available for assistance.
