ISC Wellness Center
The Indoor Sports Complex (ISC) Wellness Center offers 3,800 square feet of fitness, with top-of-the-line weightlifting and cardio equipment, made by industry leaders Precor, Matrix, Hoist, Wilder and others. Our equipment is constantly cleaned, maintained and updated to ensure your workout will be safe and trouble-free. Nine (9) 40-inch flat screen televisions have headset options available, so you can exercise while watching your favorite show.Cardio Equipment

Weightlifting Equipment
Strength and conditioning stations, free weight benches, Concept 2 air rowers, krankcycle and stretch trainers.
Stretching mats, exercise balls, Bosu balls, and resistance bands are also available.
Attendants in the Wellness Center or Front Desk are always available for assistance.
