Academy Park Campus Information
Nestled in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee, Academy Park is located on the campus of the old Battle Ground Academy (BGA), a Franklin education institution founded in 1889. This landmark site is now a thriving campus consisting of The Williamson County Enrichment Center and Performing Arts Center where rental space is available. Also on the campus are The Williamson County Public Library, Academy Park Gymnasium and Renaissance High School.
Enrichment Center Banquet Hall - Rental Information
The Williamson County Enrichment Center is located in beautiful downtown Franklin, TN on the historic BGA campus property. This venue provides a beautiful location for you to host your next special event. This space is the perfect venue for you to host a Holiday party, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, anniversary celebration, bridal shower, corporate event and so much more. The Enrichment Center banquet hall is perfect for any event! We can handle large groups of 50 or more people. Let us help you plan your perfect celebration!
Depending on the size of your event there are 2 options for renting space at the Enrichment Center. For much smaller events, you can rent a partial side of the banquet hall for a fraction of the price. If you are having a larger event, you can rent the full banquet hall. Either rental space will come with the following amenities listed below.
-AV/Projectors and Integrated Sound System
-Round tables/ chairs
-Kitchen with 8 warming drawers, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, microwaves and coffee machines
-Dance Floor- additional fee applies
The following items are not included: Table Linens, Dinnerware, Glassware, Cutlery and Serving Trays and Utensils, Stage, Performance or Special Event Lighting, Event Décor, etc. For use of these items for your event we recommend that you contact a local rental company.

Full Banquet Hall - $250 per hour within facility hours/$325 per hour after hours
-5,175 square foot space
-Seating up to 275 people for seated events
-Seating up to 300 for auditorium style events
Partial Banquet Hall - $150 per hour within facility hours/$225 per hour after hours
-3,025 square foot space
-Seating up to 100 people for seated events
-Seating up to 150 for auditorium style event
Damage Deposit Fee
- $250 (no food or alcohol)
-$500 (with food or alcohol)
-Out of County and Non-Profit Rates available
Additional Information: Upon renting space at the Enrichment Center, you will be required to obtain a renter’s insurance policy. If you are planning on having your event catered, we recommend that you contact a local catering company. Alcohol is allowed at events (certain restrictions apply). There is plenty of Free Parking too!
