Court Reservation Policies
Reserve a Court

• Four courts are available for reservations (Courts #5, #6, #7, and #8)
• $10.00 per court per hour
• Reservations may be made 7 days in advance
• One may reserve 1 court at a time
• Absolutely no refunds or rainchecks
• To check out equipment, please visit the front desk at the Longview Recreation Center during regular business hours

Pickleball Court Reservation Procedure
For court reservations please follow the instructions below:

• Visit www.wcparksandrec.com or go into the Enrichment Center building (during normal business hours)
• Click on “Online Registration”
• Next click on the “Reserve a Court” icon
• You will be prompted to create an account or log in with an existing username and password
• Follow the steps to reserve a court for your selected dates and times
• Be sure to print your “Reservation Receipt” at the end of the transaction and bring that with you on your date of play
• You do not need to stop at the facility to begin playing

• WCPR programs have priority over court use
• Courts available for reservation. $10.00 per court per hour. See policies below
• Courts operate during the Longview Recreation Complex regular business hours
• Reservations take priority over free play
• If courts are not being reserved/used, free play is allowed
• Courts are intended ONLY for Pickleball play
• No outside individual/group lesson/instruction or organized play allowed
• Proper attire must be worn at all times: Shirts - shorts/pants - athletic shoes
• Non marking athletic shoes only
• No pets on the courts at any time
• No food or glass containers allowed inside the court area
• Please remove all trash prior to leaving the court area
• Profanity of any manner is strictly prohibited
• Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated
• No chalk or paint on the courts
• Failure to follow the rules could result in loss of court privileges
• Any WCPR equipment must be returned at close of the facility
• NO SKATEBOARDS - ROLLERBLADES - ROLLER SKATES - BICYCLES/TRICYCLES
