Summer Fun Day Camp
Summer Camp 2019 has concluded, please check back at the beginning of the new year for new information on next years Summer Camp! Online registration will begin on March 1st, 2020.
Summer Fun Day Camp
Summer camp meets Monday - Friday for 8 weeks running from June - July. There will be no camp on July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Summer camp will be offered at the Nolensville Recreation Complex or Walnut Grove Elementary School. Each site is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, there is no before or after care offered outside of these hours. You may drop off or pick up your child(ren) anytime during these hours. The only time they MUST be at camp by a specific time is on Field Trip Days.
Williamson County Parks & Recreation's summer camp offers a flexible schedule. At the time of registration, you will be required to pay a registration fee and 5 days up front. No need to select specific days or weeks. Once you have used your initial 5 days, you can either pay each morning when signing your child in for the day, or you may opt to purchase block days. Block days will provide you with the freedom of paying for any number of days up front. Block days may be used at any time throughout the program and do not have to be in consecutive order (Monday - Friday). All field trips are included with the daily registration rate.
Child must be 6 by August 15th, 2020 and no older than 12 by May 27th, 2020 in order to be eligible for camp.
At the time of registration, you will be required to pay a Registration Fee of $25.00 per child as well as their first 5 days of camp ($125.00 = $25.00 per day, per child). Registration and first 5 days are non-refundable. We highly recommend that you complete your online registration on a computer and NOT a mobile device. When registering your child(ren) through active.net, please allow at least 15 minutes for the first child and 10 minutes for any additional you are registering. It is helpful to have all medical and emergency contact information available at the time of registration.
If you do not have access to register online, please call Brian Campbell at 615-790-5719 x 2028 to set up an appointment to register in person or visit any of our main centers kiosk computers.
