FACILITY CLOSURES

In observance of Veterans Day, all facilities of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department will be closed Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Facilities will reopen at their regularly scheduled times beginning Wednesday, November 12.

FRANKLIN YOUTH BASKETBALL

Registration for Franklin Youth Basketball ends on Saturday, October 18.  In-person registration will be held at Academy Park Gym, 120 Everbright Ave. in Franklin, on Thursday, October 16 and Friday, October 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and on Saturday, October 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Players must be 5 to 13 years old as of August 31, 2014 and must provide a copy of their birth certificate. 

BASKETBALL OFFICIALS are also needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be able to work weekends from December through March. Officials can earn up to $25 per game. To apply, go to www.williamsoncounty-tn.gov.
