Camper Eligibility
Campers must be a resident of Williamson County and be between the ages of 6-23 years* (campers must turn 6 before the start of camp).
*If a camper turns 24 during Camp Will, that camper can remain at camp for the rest of the summer. After the last day of camp, that camper will then be aged out of the program.
Group Structure
In order to provide a safe and fun experience, campers are divided into smaller groups (approximately 10-12 campers per group). Each group is staffed with up to 4 counselors and the ratio is 3-4 campers for every 1 counselor. Campers must be able to remain with their group.
Please note: Campers who require a constant 1:1 may need more support than this camp structure can provide. If a camper requires 1:1 support, WCPR will gladly accommodate any qualified person or outside agency of the parent/guardian's choice. The additional support is at the parent/guardian's expense.
