Want to have fun while staying healthy? Then, join us for Fitness Fun. This teens and up program will help improve strength, balance and overall health. We start with stretching, followed by a variety of exercises using resistance bands, light hand weights and stability balls. We complete our workout with a 20-25 minute walk. Please note: Weather permitting, we will walk outside on the walking trail. If there is inclement weather, we will walk on the indoor walking track. Participants must be independent and can follow directions within a small group. The program meets on Wednesdays from 4pm-4:50pm at our Franklin Recreation Complex.
