* Financial Assistance is ONLY available to persons, financially unable to pay full price for daily camp fees, who are Williamson County residents or employees with Williamson County Government.
Non-residents of Williamson County are NOT eligible to apply for financial aid.

* Please be aware that submitting this form DOES NOT ensure your child's registration to the Summer Camp Program. You MUST still register your child, in person, during the predesignated registration dates and times.

* Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible and return your form to :

* Mr. Feinstein, the department's Deputy Director, will contact you after receiving your application to let you know if you have been approved or not. If approved, he will inform you of your approved daily rate for the camp program.

* Please be aware that if you apply for Financial Assistance after the program has started (June 2, 2008), you will not be credited or reimbursed for any registration/daily fees paid at the regular rate once your reduced fees are set.
