What is the cancellation policy?
Trip Cancellation Policy- Refunds are available through the last day of registration. After the final registration date, most trips are nonrefundable unless your spot can be filled! Please note: You must call 7090-5719, ext. 25 to cancel. Do not give your reservation to someone else.

Program Cancellation Policy- Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the program. After that point, most programs are nonrefundable unless your spot can be filled. Please note: You must call 790-5719, ext. 25 to cancel.

What is the registration policy?
All registrations dates are included with the trip or program description.  Registration will begin at 9:00am on the first registration date listed (no reservations will be taken before that time). Registrations for trips or programs can either be made in person or phoned in to the receptionist.  Phone messages are no longer accepted when making a reservation. You must speak with a receptionist in order to make your reservation. For phone registrations, please call 790-5719, ext. 10. In order to hold your reservation, payments must be received within 5 days of the initial registration. Payments can be…

Please note:  We make every effort to make our registration process as easy and fair as possible.  Effective January 1, 2008, individuals may register up to one other person for a day trip.  We hope this new policy will give more people the opportunity to enjoy and participate in our trips.
