YOUNG CHAMPIONS
Young Champions combines pom and cheerleading into one program. Students are taught cheerleading techniques such as cheers and chants with arm motions, jumps, leaps and mounts. Students are also taught pom dance routines and pom "parade" routines. Students will showcase a dance routine and a cheer to earn a collectable trophy and achievement ribbon based on their performance with their class. Everyone is a winner!

GUITAR LESSONS
Guitar lessons for beginners to advanced musicians offered at an affordable price. This class will prove that anybody can learn to play!  Please bring your guitar and tuner to class. One parent per student is allowed for students 11 years old and younger to attend class. *Level classes will be offered for those that who completed the beginners course and are approved by the instructor.

AMERICAN RED CROSS BABYSITTER’S TRAINING
This class will give participants the skills and confidence they need to become great babysitters. This course covers training in care-giving, decision making, safety and first aid skills, and preventing and responding to emergencies. *Pre-registration with the instructor is required.

JUJITSU
This class will focus on a fighting system that employs a wide range of techniques- including kicks, throws, joint locks, and choking. This class will be offered for both adults and children. (children's class being a softer technique style.)

Spring Break Activities
Ages 4-6 (2 – 45 min. sessions)

Gotta Play!
Activities will include:
Hoop and Holler Fun: activities with hula hoops that will strengthen gross motor and listening skills that are just a hoop, skip and jump away!
Circuit Scene: A combination of circuit training courses that will increase team work, self-esteem all while having fun. Circuit may include; using beanbags for resistance exercises, jumping rope, bouncing balls and parachute games!
Ages 7-9 (45 min)  Ages 10-12 (1 hr.)

Me and My Muscles

Activities will include:
Creative Play: Children will have the opportunity to use different equipment (paddles and ball, skip-its, jump ropes, etc) and learn about muscle conditioning while engaged in vigorous activities.
Step up a Sweat:   A class that introduces basic step activities. Children will learn choreographed steps to fun upbeat music.

Spring Break Shape Up (1.5 hr)

Come out and join in on the fun. Don't get out of shape on your break, instead, shape up! This program will include jump rope intervals, cone jumps, quick feet drills, push ups, step ups , short circuits of high knees, butt kicks, high jumps, long strides, walking lunges cardio intervals of short sprints or timed gym runs, resistance training with the use of bands and resistance balls and additional plyometrics. Cross training will also include cycling, swimming and short distance runs. Abdominal and core conditioning will also be included.

MUSIC DAY CAMP - Kate Taylor Music School
Vocal instruction, guitar instruction, percussion, songwriting, performance technique, keyboard, music history, music appreciation and music theory will all be topics and skills taught at this years Kate Taylor Music School.
