Nathan BrumlyNathan Brumley
Nathan started his career in fitness in 1997 as a personal trainer in Meridian, Idaho where he would continue until he got a record deal in Nashville in 2000. Along with recording multiple records in Nashville, he was a fitness trainer at multiple recreation facilities and also established a large in home clientele in the greater Nashville and Brentwood areas. Nathan has worked with several Tennessee Titans and cheerleaders from 2000-2003 as well as country artists and other celebrities. Nathan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is also certified in nutritional counseling, sports injury, and exercise programming for older adults. His specialties include exercise programming for weight loss, sports specific training and functional training. Nathan trains at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, Nolensville and Franklin Recreation Centers.

William ConnWilliam Conn
William believes that mastering the basics allows you to learn and execute advanced techniques more safely and effectively and that proper exercise progression must be built from a strong foundation. In his free time William enjoys rock climbing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and competition; and sharing his passions with his son, Christian, who is also an avid BJJ student and competitor. William specializes in Muay Thai and fighter conditioning and the practice is part of his training philosophy. Muay Thai serves to improve one’s health tremendously through high intensity conditioning and is a realistic applicable form of self-defense. William is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Fitness Association (IFA) and certified kickboxing instructor with 5+ years of coaching experience in Weight lifting, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning. William trains at the Nolensville Recreation Complex and the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood.

Jobeth HarmonJoBeth Harman
JoBeth is passionate about the overall well-being of all her clients. She strives to provide a safe, yet challenging workout that best meets each individual’s personal needs and encourages commitment to a lifelong lifestyle change. JoBeth has trained individuals of all ages and abilities. She has a deep passion for seniors and for special needs children and young adults. She believes in pushing the body to be its best! Her favorite quote is, “Tell me and I may forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I will learn!” JoBeth is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds certifications in Wellness Coaching and TRX Suspension Training. JoBeth trains at the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood.

Lindsey HatchettLindsey Hatchett
Lindsey has worked in the fitness industry since 2010 and has trained at various fitness clubs in the greater Nashville area, as well as assisted living facilities, colleges, and boutique gyms. She has worked with clients in all walks of life and especially loves working with seniors and those who are hesitant to begin a new fitness program. With clients ranging from ages 14 to 100, Lindsey has learned how to adapt to a variety of different levels of fitness. “Helping people get back on their feet and begin an exercise program, ALWAYS with the intention of being able to continue it on their own, is my main goal.” In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons, hiking and camping. "I firmly believe that group exercise and personal training are extremely helpful, but fitness must become an independent part of your life if you are going to be successful long term." Lindsey is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and group fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has completed multiple continuing education courses on Senior Fitness Training. Lindsey trains at the Franklin Recreation Complex.

Tracy KnappTracy Knapp
Tracy graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Merchandising Management. She started her fitness journey in 2006 in Hilton Head Island, SC at a Health and Fitness Center and quickly realized that health and fitness is an integral part of life. “It’s not just about the way we look, but how we improve our health and well being.” Tracy considers it an honor to educate, motivate, and encourage others to reach their health and fitness goals and finds it exciting to build relationships, watch confidence increase, and change lives for the better. Tracy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and group fitness instructor. She teaches Schwinn indoor cycling, TRX/circuit/boot camp style classes and small group training. Tracy trains at the Nolensville Recreation Center.

Theresa MascaloTheresa Mascolo
Theresa is a long time Franklin resident, and has worked for Williamson County Parks and Recreation for many years. Theresa has experience with a wide variety of populations through different fitness domains including strength training, cardio training and conditioning. Theresa is originally from Baton Rouge, LA, and proudly supports LSU football…Geaux Tigers!! Theresa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) and has been training since 2002. She is also a certified Schwinn cycling instructor and has been teaching indoor cycling classes since 2006. Theresa trains at the Franklin Recreation Complex.

Kellie graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Exercise Physiology. She specializes in proper weight training techniques and proper form, functional training, injury prevention, and overall wellness. "I firmly believe that group exercise and personal training are crucial to living the life you were meant to live, and living it abundantly!” Kellie has worked in gyms throughout middle Tennessee and Kentucky, educating others in a variety of settings. She began her fitness journey as a volleyball player through junior and senior high school and on into college. Now, as a wife and mother of two teenage girls who are busy athletes, her focus is even more centered on educating others about whole-body health and wellness as well as proper fitness education.  Kellie teaches several classes a week at the Longview Recreation Center, continues to play competitive volleyball and be a youth volleyball coach and commissioner for Bethesda Recreation Club. Kellie is a certified Personal Trainer, a SPIN and SCHWINN certified cycling instructor, TRX Suspension Training instructor, and has over 15 years of experience training individuals and small group training.  She specializes in proper weight training techniques and proper form, functional training, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Kellie trains at the Longview Recreation Center.

Angie RichardsonAngie Richardson
Angie has worked in the fitness industry since 2012 and has trained clients from all different fitness levels.  She has spent two years building her own boot camp program at her church and in local communities.  She especially loves working with these clients who are ready for a challenge; whether they are starting out or ready to bust through a plateau, and further their training.  She has also helped clients with weight loss goals as well as those wanting to gain muscle and just get stronger! Angie is a busy mother of three amazing children. She is currently working toward a certification as a fitness nutrition specialist to further help clients. She has been active her entire life completing four half-marathons and mud runs, as well as a Figure Competition. She wants to share her passion with others and help them realize how important it is to incorporate weights into any exercise regime and at any fitness level.  Angie is a Certified Personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise (ACE). Angie trains at the Longview Recreation Center.

Amy RichardsonAmy Richardson
Amy began her journey as a fitness mentor with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program 18 years ago and has enjoyed helping others achieve their milestones ever since. Aside from Personal Training, she teaches Chisel & Sculpt, Indoor Cycling and Cycle Sculpt with TRX. She has worked for WCPR since 2011, and enjoys seeing others make progress in their quest to lead healthier and happier lives. Amy says, “Whether as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, or workout buddy, being a part of someone else’s success is a very humbling and rewarding experience.” Amy graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations. Her teaching specialties include Running, Cycling (Indoor/Outdoor), Group and Individual Strength Training, Tennis Endurance, Pilates Mat Work and TRX Suspension Training. After running competitively at a collegiate level, Amy migrated into multi-sport and endurance events and has participated in full and half marathons, triathlons, duathlons, century rides, distance relays, and trail and snowshoe races. Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Group Exercise, Group Resistance and Pilates Instructor, certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Certified Schwinn Instructor, Ballet Barre (SCW), and TRX Suspension Training Level 1. Amy trains at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill.

Patrick RooneyPatrick Rooney
Patrick says that through the grace of God, dedication, and knowledge he has recovered from poor health, surgery and injury. And now, well into his fifth decade, he’s in better physical condition today than 20 years ago! “I can help you do what I’ve done. You have nothing to lose, and absolutely everything to gain—starting with a new lease on life!” Patrick’s teaching promotes several key fitness strategies: Timeless fitness wisdom infused with cutting edge strategies, optimize lean body mass, achieve an aesthetically pleasing physique, Improved energy and productivity, gain or regain flexibility, life-giving nutrition and bringing more life to your years! Patrick is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Fitness Certification (NAFC). Patrick trains at the Longview and Fairview Recreation Centers.

Randianne SearsRandianne Sears
Randianne began her career in fitness and personal training in 2007. She worked for Williamson County Parks and Recreation in several divisions as a programmer, facility management and lastly as the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator. She stepped away from the full time position in 2015 to focus on her family and get back into the role of an instructor and trainer specializing in adolescent to senior populations. Randianne was a collegiate athlete in both basketball and cross country. She spent one year in the Athletic Training program at the University of West Alabama and changed her Graduate program focus to Exercise Science. Since graduating in 2005, Randianne has continued to work in injury prevention through personal and group training. Randianne is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is also certified in Kettle Bell (ISCA) and SCW Ballet Barre. She also teaches Senior Group Fitness. Randianne trains at the Longview and Fairview Recreation Centers.
