 
Thank you for your interest in rental space at the Franklin Recreation Complex.
Rental Guidelines:
- Rooms are rented to Williamson County residents and businesses only.
- Rooms are rented for one-time, private events on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Events shall not be advertised as open to the public unless approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation
- No rentals to groups who make a profit from the event unless approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation
- No rentals for events designed solefly for youths ages 13 to young adults age 25.
- Rooms are reserved only after 50% of the Room Rental fees are paid and a contract has been signed.
- Professional/Commercial businesses associated with a rental must provide WCPR with a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance; which meets our defined guidelines.
- Individuals and groups who wish to use the Center’s kitchen equipment must provide the same Certificate of Insurance.
- Maximum rental capacity is 200 individuals.
- Maximum rental allowance is 7 hours.
- All times reserved must include set-up and clean-up time.
- No event may extend past 11:00 p.m.
- The Center’s amenities are not available to rental parties who are renting during normal operating hours.
- The Recreation Complex IS NOT available for Lock-Ins.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in and on County property at all times.
- WCPR reserves the right to deny rental to any group, business or individual should the function not be appropriate for the facility.
- WCPR reserves the right to require any group, business or individual to staff their function with an off-duty law enforcement officer from the Franklin Police Department.
2008 Rental Fee Information
Small & Large $300 / 4 hours $50/hour after 4 hours
Small only $100 / 4 hours $25/hour after 4 hours
Large only $200 / 4 hours $50/hour after 4 hours
Damage Deposit $250
Birthday Party Rates (children 12 and under)
(Small Room only for a 2-hour block of time. Maximum rental allowance is 4 hours.)
Small only $50 / 2 hours $10/hour after 2 hours
Damage Deposit $50

Cleaning fee $25
After hours open building fee $30/hour
After hours supervisor $15/hour (minimum $30)
* Number of supervisors at the discreation of the Director of Parks and Recreation
